Non-Gearbox & Stock Honda Superkart Nationals

Johnathon French, Brandon Stillwell and Dalton Rowell triumphed in the Non-Gearbox and Stock Honda Australian Superkart Championships at Mallala across the weekend.

French (Scorpion) was undefeated in the Non-Gearbox (Rotax) Light class, winning all 4 heats and the final to take the title ahead of Shaun Jones (Viper) and Ryan Pannowitch (Viper).

In the Heavy division, Stillwell (Scorpion) came out on top of Rod Clarke (Arrow) and Ron Goldfinch (Viper).

The Stock Honda class only became an officially recognised CAMS Superkart category two days prior to the event. With an entry made entirely of NSW and Vic drivers, Dalton Rowell (BRM) took the first ever Australian Championship for the class ahead of Sam Zavaglia (Gold Kart) and Stephen Castles (BRM).
