Great Prizes At NSW Jnr Clubman Series Rnd 2

The 3rd round of the NSW Junior Clubman Pro Series is due to take place the 3rd and 4th of August as part of the Newcastle City Cup.

As per all rounds, the prize pool up for grabs includes a set of MG Reds, vouchers and product kindly provided by our series sponsors Scuderia PCR Australia, Yamaha, Remo Racing, Laing Simmons (Potts Point / Pyrmont), Kart 1 Racing, Stones Kart Sport and Karting World Camden.

In addition to the great prizes normally on offer, Laing Simmons who provides the series trophies has offered to donate a further $500 if the round attracts more than 16 contestants. Remo racing has also agreed to provide an additional set of MG Reds if 15 are is achieved.

That’s over $1500 worth of prizes to be given away by random draw. You simply have to enter the series to be in it.

These prizes are in addition to the cash and prizes on offer by the hosting club, the NKRC. Class winners of the Newcastle City Cup will be awarded a set of tyres and cash down to 3rd. Fastest qualifiers in each class will receive embroidered shirts.

NSW JC Series organiser, Dennis Sandrone, credits the revival of JC in NSW due to the camaraderie displayed within the group. All the contestants and pit crew are willing to help each other out, lend parts etc and make newcomers welcome. As an example, Troy Hunt from the Top Gun Racing Academy has offered to give up some
of his valuable time at the upcoming Newcastle City Cup to help out any of the JC competitors that are new to the class.
