Above & Below: Daniel Rochford was running an unpainted development Top Kart in Rotax Light. Kart1 Racing's Fergus Symes told KartSportNews the chassis was the same layout as the existing model, but that Top Kart were playing around with different tube specs. Rochford ran towards the pointy end of the field all meeting, taking third in the Final.

Above & Below: Graham Powles was mechanic for Bryce Fullwood at Pro Tour, but he also picked up this old gem on the trip south: his self-built 1973 AKA Nationals winning kart. Having finally tracked it down, Powles found much of it was still original, including the double-stacked steering columns(!) and twin-caliper rear brake. The kart's racing background, the search, how he found it and a full photo diary of its upcoming restoration will appear in a future issue of KartX Magazine
