Whitsunday Moto Sports Club's circuit is located ten minutes south of Proserpine on Lascelles Ave (which also leads to Proserpine airport). It is a multi-use facility and utilised by go-karts, road bikes, supamotard, quads, drift cars, sprint cars and driver training.
"We have now been operational and racing for a year and looking forward to an exciting year of racing in 2013" the club's Tracey Stroud informed KartSportNews.
"This is a fast flowing track with plenty of good overtaking opportunities.
"Our racing calender for 2013 consists of our club championship and three Title meetings throughout the year. We will host Race 2 of the Triple Crown Series on May 5th, then the Great Barrier Reef Titles on 27 & 28th July.
"This is our local title meet and trophies will be awarded for all classes. This will be a great title meeting in preparation for the Qld State Closed Titles hosted by the club on 28-29th September. "
