Victorian Karting Series change - the Sportsman Light and Heavy classes have been replaced with TAG 125 Light and Heavy, as per the 2013 AKA rule book, and will run the Dunlop SL6 tyre. VKS co-ordinator Dominic Albanese informed KartSportNews that Sportsman Over 40s remains unchanged and will continue on MG Reds as per supp regs. "In the best interests of karters racing a National class Australia-wide, this change has been made. It would serve little purpose to continue running a state based class different to the other states. This is a combined decision of the four clubs involved in the VKS series."
