press release
Here we are again, ready for another HUGE year of karting.
Issue #5 of KARTX Magazine is hot off the press and has shipped to subscribers and kart shops across the country today.
If you've ever wondered what the difference between various chassis are, then KARTX are here to help. Thanks to our fantastic advertising partners we bring you a chassis guide for 2013.
Inside our opening edition of 2013 we've got the news of who's moving to what chassis and we speak to four National Champions about what it takes to master the Monarto Karting Complex circuit ahead of the 51st Australian National Sprint Kart Championships.
We also look at the year ahead with a complete National and State Calendar while also providing an insight into who we believe could be the drivers to look out for through out the year.
Within the news pages theres information and the first photos on the future engines to be tested by the AKA for use in the Clubman and National categories.
As exciting as it is about the year the lies ahead, the Australian karting community, including the team here at KARTX, was saddened over the Christmas break with the sudden passing of Victorian racer Matthew Hayes. Hayes' long-time mate Col Fink share some words with us as he reflects on the special person Hayes was.
