IKD ANNOUNCES THE ROTAX RACER REWARDS PROGRAM

The Rotax Racer Rewards program is an innovation of International Karting Distributors ‐ the Australian distributor of Rotax Kart Engines.

This program rewards karters that commit to competing in Rotax classes.

The rewards program is tied to another IKD innovation ‐ the National Rotax Rankings. The rankings provide a mechanism to measure individual karters performance relative to other competitors without competing directly against them, in much the same way as tennis rankings.

As a karter competes in Rotax events the results contribute directly to their National Ranking. As each karter's ranking points increase so does their Rotax Racer Rewards points.

Each point gained in the National Rotax Rankings equals one Rotax Racer Rewards point. Rotax Racer Rewards points are different on one respect; they only last for one year, on 31st December of each year unredeemed Rotax Rewards Points expire.

Rotax Racer Rewards points are similar to frequent flyer points. Points can be redeemed for product from the Rotax Racer Rewards Catalogue. The Catalogue will be available for download from the IKD web site at www.internationalkarting.com.au from 15th September
2008.

Each time a karter redeems Rotax Racer Rewards points for product their points balance will be reduced by the number of points associated with the product(s) selected. A minimum of 1,500 points is required to make a redemption.

Redeeming points for product does not change a karters ranking as ‘Rotax Racer Rewards points’ are maintained separately, and will fluctuate as redemptions are made and new points are accumulated by racing.
