Canberra Stage 1 Extension

The Canberra Kart Racing Club has published a new track layout for Stage 1 of the redevelopment of Circuit Mark Webber.

“We’ve been carefully working on the design for some time” said CKRC Track Extension Committee member Greg Jones when releasing the layout for the extension.

“It has changed a fair bit from where we first started. The process also involved seeking advice from several interested people and stakeholders.

“The design has been well received and we are all really excited about seeing the first stage on the ground.

“The design was also inspired by popular tracks from overseas. Stage one is only the first part of the long term plans of transforming the track into the International Circuit Mark Webber.”
