Sorensen Retains the Graham Acreman TaG Title

185 entrants contested Ipswich Kart Club’s second round of 2018.

The Graham Acreman TaG Titles event was very well supported and the signature race final was won by Harrington Doyle driver Scotty Sorensen, retaining the trophy for a second year! Sorensen enjoyed a 9.6s win in the 21-lap final ahead of Eryn Osborne and Kade Vink. Fastest qualifier and winner of the heat races, Jace Matthews was fourth.

There were some stand out performances from “cool hand “ Luke Pink in Jmax , Ethan Feather in Cadet 12, Jarrod “slash” Costello in KA3 Senior, Jackson Cooper in the snooze.com #98 in Cadet 9, Tommy “the hit man “ Cooper in KA3 Junior, Kel Farrel in TaG Restricted Medium, Phill Straughen “Strauny” in TaG Restricted Masters, the “Pocket Rocket” Ryan Newton in KA4 Junior, Liam Moyse in TaG Restricted Light, Dylan Overland in the Open Performance class, Kris “pretty boy” Walton in the 4ss Senior, Ryan MacMillan in the Cadet 12 Beginners and Sebastian Bennett in the Cadet 9 Beginners – all winners in their classes.
