An IAME KA100 engine plus other karting parts were stolen from a family garage at Baulkham Hills (Sydney) on Friday night.
The engine belonged to junior racer Sam Christison and carries serial number R19AU58.
Around $5000 worth other other gear went missing, including rims (KG Gold), tyres, spare parts and tools.
